Roller Derby

Photographing Roller Derby was facilitating. I’d been issued press credentials so I would stand next to the banked track. I trend to think about photography as chronicling the participants at an event as much as the event itself.  I used two cameras (Canon 1dx and a Sony a7ri) and four or five lenses ranging from 18mm to 600 (a 300 and a 2x adapter).                      February 9, 2019
